Terms of Service

You must be able to form a binding agreement and provide accurate account and billing information. You are responsible for your account, submitted content, and activity performed through it.

Google sign-in is required for account-based AI visibility snapshots. Do not share access credentials or attempt to bypass authentication, credit, or usage controls.

You may not use Convertos to:

• break the law, infringe rights, mislead others, or process content you are not authorized to use;
• probe, disrupt, overload, scrape, reverse engineer, or bypass service or security limits;
• upload malware, secrets, highly sensitive personal data, or content intended to harm others; or
• resell or automate access beyond the limits of your plan without written permission.

Prices and credit costs shown at checkout or in the product are the controlling terms for a purchase. Purchased credits do not expire unless a different rule is clearly disclosed before purchase. Promotional or starter credits may be subject to separate limits.

AI visibility snapshots are asynchronous. We target delivery within 24 hours for the standard snapshot, but timing can vary with provider availability, request volume, and the scope of evidence review. If a paid request cannot be queued or completed because of a verified service failure, Convertos may restore the charged credits or provide another appropriate remedy.

Except where required by law or stated at checkout, payments are non-refundable after the purchased service or credits have been used. Contact [email protected] if you believe a charge or credit ledger entry is incorrect.

Reports are informational outputs based on submitted inputs, available sources, third-party providers, and automated analysis. Results can change and do not guarantee rankings, traffic, citations, inclusion in an AI answer, revenue, legal compliance, or business outcomes.

Convertos depends on third-party authentication, hosting, payment, email, AI, search-data, and infrastructure services. Their availability and terms may affect the service.

You retain rights in content you submit. You grant Convertos the limited permission needed to process it, generate requested outputs, secure the service, and provide support. You confirm that you have the right to provide that content.

Convertos and its licensors retain rights in the service, software, design, documentation, and branding. These terms do not transfer ownership of either party’s intellectual property.

We may limit or suspend access to protect users, prevent abuse, comply with law, address non-payment, or investigate a material breach. You may stop using the service at any time. Provisions that by nature should survive termination will continue to apply.

The service is provided on an “as available” basis to the extent permitted by law. Convertos does not promise uninterrupted or error-free operation. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Convertos will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or lost-profit damages. Any aggregate liability will not exceed the amount you paid Convertos for the affected service during the previous 12 months.

Some jurisdictions do not allow all exclusions or limits, so those provisions apply only to the extent legally permitted.

We may update these terms as the service changes. Material changes will be posted with a new effective date. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms where permitted by law.
