This policy applies to the Convertos website, AI visibility snapshots, SEO and GEO tools, accounts, payments, and related support. Convertos is the product and service name used throughout this policy.

We collect only the information needed to provide, secure, and improve the service.

• Account information provided through Google sign-in, such as name, email address, and profile image.
• Content you submit, including domains, brand names, competitors, prompts, URLs, and support messages.
• Service records, including request status, credit balance and ledger entries, generated reports, and delivery events.
• Payment records supplied by our payment processor. Convertos does not store full card numbers.
• Technical records such as IP address, browser information, security events, and basic usage analytics.

We use information to:

• authenticate accounts and protect the service;
• run the analysis you request and deliver reports to your signed-in account;
• process payments, credits, refunds, and support requests;
• prevent abuse, investigate failures, and maintain service reliability;

Convertos uses necessary cookies for language preferences, authentication, and security. Google Analytics loads only after you accept analytics in the consent banner. Declining analytics does not affect essential features.
